Harbour Marine Surveyors was established in 2012 by Capt. Sergey Arykov. Capt. Arykov is a Master Mariner that has had over 15 years of experience working at sea prior to establishing HMS.
He also graduated from IIMS, has HNC in Marine Surveying, Diploma in Marine Surveying and is currently a Full IIMS Member.We are serving Vancouver’s Lower Mainland and all of British Columbia as well as rest of Canada if required.
